Refund Policy

At Tiny Trove, your satisfaction and your family’s safety are important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return.

 

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Feeding products

  • Silicone tableware

  • Any item marked as non-returnable

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Contact your bank
